TMB-Hunt
amino acid composition based TransMembrane Barrel-Hunt

Screen sequence sets for potential/candidate transmembrane barrel proteins using whole sequence amino acid composition.

Submission

Sequences (fasta format)

or submit a fasta file of sequences

Include evolutionary information (gives more accurate results buts slows things down)

Restrictions:

Max query size equals 10,000 sequences if evolutionary information not used, or single sequences if evolutionary information is included.
